A GIRL CHILD
We have a belief that girls can also add value to the community in many aspects of life besides being a wife and a mother. We empower a girl child to make them enjoy their rights from the culture beliefs that despise a woman just to grow for marriage and bearing children.
Girls were taken not important in societies, parents don’t mind taking them to school ju0st waiting to sell them into marriage. They are raped, forced into marriage at a younger age, they become younger mothers, they get unwanted pregnancies, they are sold into prostitution etc.
We keep them into schools until 18 years old. We teach them practical skills to be independent, they get jobs, they become important people in communities. We teach to write and speak English, learn computers, hair dressing, fashion and designing, tailoring. And above all how to leave a godly life enabling them to be women of responsibility.
